EL PROVEEDOR QUE SE ADJUDIQUE LÍNEAS DE LA LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA, DEBE CONTEMPLAR RETIRO, ENVÍO Y ENTREGA DEL PRODUCTO A ADQUIRIR, DESDE Y HASTA HANGARES DE LA PREFECTURA AÉREA DE CARABINEROS, SIN COSTO ALGUNO PARA CARABINEROS DE CHILE. - EL EMBALAJE DEBE SER CONSIDERADO POR EL PROVEEDOR, TENIENDO EN CONSIDERACIÓN QUE DICHO EMBALAJE CONTEMPLARÁ CAJAS DE TRANSPORTE, O LO DETERMINADO POR EL PROVEEDOR, QUE PROPORCIONE LA SEGURIDAD RESPECTIVA PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LOS COMPONENTES. - GARANTÍA DE 12 MESES DE LOS TRABAJOS REALIZADOS, LA RESPUESTA DEL PROVEEDOR ADJUDICADO EN CHILE NO DEBE SUPERAR LAS 12 HORAS DESDE QUE ES ACTIVADA LA GARANTÍA, CONSIDERANDO DÍAS HÁBILES, FESTIVOS O FINES DE SEMANA. LOS COSTOS ASOCIADOS POR EMBALAJE, ENVÍOS, SEGUROS Y OTROS, QUE DERIVEN DE LA ACTIVACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA, SERÁN DE CARGO DEL PROVEEDOR.
