The purpose of this Advance Notice is to identify suppliers that are interested in submitting a RFQ for the Bike Hub Outreach Partner for the Onehunga Cycle Connection Project. The Activator is an on-the-ground connector embedded within Onehunga's diverse communities to grow everyday cycling participation. The Supplier may be an individual, a group of individuals, or an organisation. The Activator will operate at the intersection of the Onehunga Cycle Connection Project, Bike Hub Onehunga, and local communities, helping to create a more connected and coordinated cycling ecosystem. Suppliers that would like to participate in the RFQ need to complete and email the RFQ Advance Notice Registration Form (see Appendix A) by 10am on 14 September 2026 (NZ time).
