2026-022 HR and Payroll Software (iTrent)

This contract is for the renewal and provision of licences, support and maintenance, and associated services of an HR and payroll software system for Ofgem. This includes access to services, consultancy and professional services specific to the product on an "as-required" basis. The solution shall be fully hosted by the software provider with industry standard disaster recovery and backup processes in place to ensure continuity and data protection.
