Student Groups System Solution

The University of Auckland was founded in 1883 and is NZ’s leading University with over 49,000 students and 6,200 full-time equivalent staff. The University of Auckland currently supports a wide range of student group activities including club registration and membership management, grants and financial administration, event management, and incident/case management. The workload associated with managing student groups has increased significantly over time, alongside growth in the number and complexity of student organisations. Existing systems do not adequately support core administrative processes, resulting in substantial reliance on manual forms, spreadsheets, and offline workflows. This creates inefficiencies, duplication of effort, reporting challenges, and potential privacy and reputational risks. The University is seeking information on modern solutions that can support the end-to-end management of student groups, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience for students and administrators, and provide robust reporting and governance capabilities.
