Advance Notice for Activity Based Costing (Software as a Service)

New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) intends to go to market to invite proposals from suitably qualified vendors who can provide a supported, secure and scalable cost-modelling system to support Customs activity-based costing, cost recovery, levy-setting and the provision of financial advice. This procurement offers suppliers an opportunity to support Customs by delivering a high-quality solution that achieves meaningful operational outcomes, provides whole-of-life value, and establishes a long-term partnership with Customs. Suppliers will also have the opportunity to demonstrate public value through quality service delivery, reliability, and contributions to New Zealand’s economic benefit. We intend to go to market around 28 September 2026. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).
