1. The Ho Technical University intends to apply a portion of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under a contract for issuing this Invitation for Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. 2. The University now invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered suppliers for the Procurement of Electrical Items for repairs and maintenance works on HTU Campus. A Supplier will be selected under the request for quotation procedures through the evaluation of quotations as described in the Standard Tender Documents, per instructions and procedures issued by the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended
