Procurement of Electrical Appliances (Fridges, TV e.t.c) for MRH

The Ministry of Roads and Highways intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of Electrical appliances for the Ministry. 2. The Ministry of Roads and Highways invites sealed quotations from eligible registered Suppliers for the supply and delivery of Electrical Appliances. 3. The Purchaser now invites sealed quotations from eligible Tenders for the supply of the Electrical appliances. 4. Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 5. Quotations must be delivered through the e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh). Sealed quotations must be delivered through the above portal on or before 10:00am on Thursday, 18th September, 2025. 6. Quotations will be opened electronically on the e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at 10:00am, on Thursday, 18th September, 2025. 7. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents: • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. • Business Registration Certificate • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA 8. The Ministry reserves the right to undertake comparative cost analysis of quotations with prevailing market trends of comparable quality and durability to ensure value for money. 9. The Ministry is not obliged to accept any offer. 10. Payment for the contract shall be made wholly in Ghana Cedis. 11.
