The current five Core Values for DSP are Public Service, Customer Focus, Total Professionalism, Engaged Staff and Innovation. These distinct five values and related underlying beliefs have remained unchanged since 2014. DSP Core Values were shaped as a direct result of the findings and recommendations of a Values and Culture Initiative conducted between September 2013 and February 2014 by external consultants. • A review DSP’s current values in relation to their relevance now and deliver a report with key findings and recommendations on the values to be lived and embedded as part of DSP culture. • This will include a full review and culture assessment of DSP’s current values, underlying beliefs, and behaviours, development of a report including recommendations and an Action plan with timelines.
