Bognor Regis and Littlehampton Masterplans

THIS IS A NOTICE ON BEHALF OF ARUN DISTRICT COUNCIL. Arun District Council commissioned a multidisciplinary consultancy to prepare Strategic Visions and illustrative Masterplans for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, supporting town centre regeneration, economic growth and sustainable development. The commission includes the development of town wide strategic visions and the preparation of 20 site specific illustrative masterplans, together with feasibility and delivery considerations to inform future investment and implementation. The appointed consultant will: Develop strategic visions to guide long term regeneration and place making outcomes. Prepare illustrative masterplans for identified priority sites in each town. Assess deliverability, phasing and high level costs to support future funding and investment. Undertake stakeholder engagement to inform proposals. Integrate sustainability and carbon reduction principles throughout the work. This award was made following a further competition under the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework (664 25).
