PDS has a requirement for Network Support. The 2 physical offices that PDS support (Wigan and NPCC) have physical network infrastructure. As PDS is predominantly a cloud-based organisation, it has only limited support ability and knowledge for network-based issues. A contract is required with a support company to provide PDS with additional skills and knowledge in order to be able to support these offices.
