Determinations Technical Writers

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information that will help Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (Ministry) determine its Requirements for the Determinations Technical Writers contract opportunity. This work is for the Determinations team within Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery at MBIE. This team provides end-to-end services for the management of Determinations under the Building Act 2004. Determinations are a quasi-judicial and tribunal function that provides a means of resolving disputes about whether particular matters comply with the Building Code or a Council’s exercise of certain powers of decision under the Building Act.
