Interim Lawyer Finance

The Legal Counsel Finance a.i. will provide legal advice within the organisation with a strong focus on the execution of new transactions within the SME/Midcorp team. The interim role is intended to provide temporary senior legal capacity during a period of expected increased transaction activity towards the end of year and to ensure continuity during the maternity leave of one of our Senior Legal Counsel Finance team members. You will advise on the legal structuring and aspects of envisaged new projects in early phase and be a sparring partner for the (Senior) Investment Officers and other commercial deal team members. In addition, the Legal Counsel Finance a.i. will be in close contact and manage external (foreign) legal counsel, if engaged. Further, you will be involved in relation to the existing investment portfolio.
