Mailing Services 2026

The University of Westminster is seeking a supplier to manage and deliver comprehensive mailing services for a period of 3-5 years. The appointed provider will be responsible for the efficient, secure, and timely handling of all outgoing University mail. Details of the required services are included in the tender documentation. Aims and Outcomes The objectives of the contract include: • To maintain or improve the existing mailing services. • To deliver the services in line with the attached specification. • To actively seek improvement in cost and quality of the service over the life of the contract.
