City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport and Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council is progressing with the development of two Black Country Walking Wheeling and Cycling (BCWWCP) routes within Walsall, which form part of a wider programme of active travel infrastructure delivery. The routes aim to improve connectivity and support increased cycling activity, contributing to wider objectives around accessibility, health and modal shift. The consultancy will be supporting with design development and the deliverables expected will include production of preliminary designs, commissioning and management of necessary surveys and stakeholder engagement.
