P2027-1034 HBRTS Server and Storage Infrastructure Refresh

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) P2027-1034 – HBRTS Server and Storage Infrastructure Refresh Hastings District Council (HDC), on behalf of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Shared Services (HBRTS) partners, invites proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the refresh of the HBRTS server and storage infrastructure. The procurement seeks a supplier capable of providing an integrated solution that includes: • Supply of server, storage and associated infrastructure • Solution design, configuration and implementation • Migration from the existing environment with minimal service disruption • Integration with the HBRTS technology environment • Resilient, secure and scalable infrastructure that supports business continuity • Associated transition, documentation, training, warranty and support services HBRTS is seeking a fit-for-purpose solution that improves performance, resilience, security and scalability, reduces infrastructure risk, and supports the ongoing operational requirements of the participating councils. The RFP documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) at www.gets.govt.nz. All questions about this RFP must be submitted through GETS. Proposals close at 3.00 pm on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 and must be submitted electronically through GETS. Please allow sufficient time to upload your proposal to GETS. Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly marked as Price and Non-price. Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to GETS prior to the tender closure date and time. Respondents that cannot meet all pre-conditions should not submit a proposal.
