RFT - Whakatane High School - 5YA Blocks B, G and H Remediation Works

The Board of Trustees of Whakatane High School invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for remediation works to Blocks B, G and H under the Ministry of Education 5YA programme. The works will be delivered under a Medium Works Contract. The successful contractor will be responsible for all associated demolition, removals, making good, testing, commissioning, certification, cleaning and handover requirements. The project includes asbestos removal works, which must be undertaken by appropriately qualified and accredited personnel. Works are scheduled to commence on 14 December 2026 and must be completed by 29 January 2027. Tenderers will be evaluated on methodology, capability, capacity, economic benefits and price. Contractors with relevant experience delivering remediation and renewal works in operational school environments are encouraged to submit a tender.
