RFP - New Connections 2026

Watercare is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver new water connection services across Auckland. These services support residential, commercial and development customers by providing safe, compliant and timely connections to Auckland's water network. The successful supplier will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, including planning, coordination, customer engagement, field delivery, quality assurance, reporting and completion of works. Services are expected to be delivered across a diverse range of locations, customer types and site conditions while maintaining consistent service levels, data accuracy and customer outcomes.
