NZ Post Payroll Solution

New Zealand Post is undertaking this Request for Information (RFI) to gain a better understanding of the payroll, workforce management, and time and attendance solutions currently available in the market. This RFI is a market sounding exercise only and is intended to inform our future thinking and planning. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), tender process, or commitment to procure any solution. As one of New Zealand's largest and most diverse employers, NZ Post manages a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees and 4,500 contractors across a wide range of operational, logistics, delivery, processing, customer service, and corporate functions. We are exploring opportunities to modernise our payroll and workforce management capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, employee experience, and operational visibility. Through this RFI, NZ Post is seeking high-level information from suppliers regarding modern payroll and workforce management solutions that can support a large, geographically dispersed workforce with complex employment arrangements. NZ Post is seeking concise, capability-focused responses that provide insight into supplier offerings, relevant experience, and future product direction to help shape our requirements and procurement strategy.
