The BA Tool will analyse player behaviour using a proven, research‑backed approach to identify indicators of gambling-related harm. It must provide actionable insights and reporting to Lotto NZ, and enable timely, proportionate interventions that support safer play. The selected solution will support real-time behavioural insights, automated interventions, and integration into player-facing digital experiences.
