Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has secured Warm Homes Local Grant funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net-Zero to improve the energy efficiency of 70 privately owned domestic properties located within the borough by 31st March 2028. The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach, to install measures to improve the energy efficiency of a number of domestic properties located within the Oadby & Wigston Borough, as well as delivering high quality installations and outcomes for customers.
