Urban and CBD Street Cleaning Services

Waipā District Council (the Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to submit tenders for the provision of Urban and Central Business District (CBD) Street Cleaning Services, covering cleaning and maintenance activities within both the Waipā District’s CBD areas and wider urban street environments. This Contract covers routine, preventative, and responsive cleaning and maintenance activities across urban street environments and CBD areas. The works that are required include: • Sweeping and cleansing of streets, car parks and footpaths • Emptying and maintenance of litter bins • Removal of litter, fly-tipping, graffiti and dead animals in urban areas • Cleaning of catchpits and catchpit grates • Maintenance of street furniture and bus stops • Seasonal leaf collection/removal • Customer service request management (inspection and reporting) • AWM database management and updating Important to us is evidence that you have relevant experience working in a busy CBD, you have pride in your work and deliver quality workmanship, and you are responsive.
