The Adult Education Service requires a Management Information System (MIS) to collect, manage and report learner data in accordance with West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) Adult Education Budget (AEB) grant funding requirements. The system enables the production and submission of monthly Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns, which are essential for funding claims and compliance with grant conditions. The MIS supports the management of over 4,000 learner enrolment records annually and underpins the delivery of more than £2 million of AEB funding each year.
