The FSA's Social Science team produces work based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with a wide range of research participants, including (but not limited to) the general public, Food Business Operators (FBOs), FSA stakeholders (e.g. Local Authorities, third sector organisations and academics), and specific groups of consumers (e.g., people with food hypersensitivities, students).
