Inputs include National Science Estate Strategy, NBC Design Parameters, Strategic Assumptions, Scientific capability forecasts Weybridge Strategic Assumptions. Inputs include National Policy Drivers, APHA Inputs and FM assumptions Weybridge Estate baseline- Inputs include Asset Surveys, FM data, Strategic Assumptions Weybridge Development Control Plan- inputs include estate Strategy, Strategic assumptions, Capital Investment Plan and Stakeholder's needs

To undertake a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) (incorporating Strategic Environmental Assessment and a Health Impact Assessment) of the emerging Somerset Local Plan 2025 - 2045 and provide associated SA Reports to accompany the stages of plan production, consultation, publication, submission and adoption as necessary. Somerset Council has already produced a SA Scoping Report (Stage A), this tender refers to refining alternatives and assessing the effects of the emerging Local Plan (Stage B), the production of the SA (Stage C) and amend the SA following consultation (Stage D).
