LBS Social Inclusion Supported Housing Tender

Gegund·11 aug. 2026·GBP 17,000,000

The London Borough of Southwark is seeking suitably qualified and experienced social inclusion supported housing providers that can support people with multiple and complex needs that often mean they are socially excluded - mental health is a common thread but there are other issues such as homelessness, involvement in the criminal justice system, substance misuse, and social care needs. Southwark are commissioning these services to therefore promote social inclusion.\r \r The services will operate across several different buildings in Southwark and will be split into separate Lots. These lots are based on the level of support required and also whether a building is available for use.\r \r Further details are available by accessing the tender documents held on Procontract https://procontract.due-north.com/ Project no.
