Cyber Security Response Services: This Contract detailed above is varied as follows: This extension is permissible under regulation PCR 2015 Regulation 72(1)(b), as it maintains continuity of the originally procured Cyber Security Services. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract and is required to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical cyber security capability. extending the Contract Term from 6th June 2026 to 5th June 2027. No other terms, conditions, scope, pricing, or service levels are amended. All other provisions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
