New Plymouth District Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced civil contractor with the capability and capacity to deliver road construction services for Sites 5b as one package as part of the Tarata Road Resilience Programme. The successful contractor must demonstrate both capability and capacity to complete the works using machine control technology (graders and excavators). All 800mts of physical works for Site 5b are required to be completed by 30 April 2027. We are seeking a reliable and responsible contractor with a proven track record in delivering road construction projects of similar scale and complexity to those outlined in this RFP.
