The service has reviewed its property asset strategy, and it is proposed to amalgamate these current service provisions into a newly refurbished facility at Green Hill Lodge. Works to be completed are fire compliance and refurbishment works. Sourced via an existing call-off contract via Framework: Construction West Midlands - Lot 1 for works under £5M.
