EITH Summit 2026

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure professional event management services for the planning, coordination, and delivery of the EIT Health Summit in Madrid, Spain. The selected contractor ("Contractor") will support EIT Health ("Contracting Entity") in the execution of a high-profile international event that brings together members of the EIT Health network, representatives of European institutions, healthcare stakeholders, innovators, investors, policymakers, and other relevant participants from across the health innovation ecosystem. The Contractor will work closely with EIT Health teams to coordinate event planning, manage logistics and operations, support stakeholder and participant experience, and contribute to the overall quality of the event. The successful performance under the contract will result in the delivery of the EIT Health Summit in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgetary requirements, providing participants with a professional, engaging, and impactful event.
