Walsall Council requires a consultant to develop the Leather Museum feasibility project to the informed decision stages as to which site shall be progressed and the viable thematic approach to museum provision evidenced by requisite data to submit the larger, development stage funding applications across Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
