This contract was procured as a direct award through EEM's Property Improvement and Decarbonisation Works framework (EEM0056) . Justification for this direct award has been evidenced. This procurement is below the relevant threshold (PCR 2015). No standstill period applies. Contract value is £100,000 (inc VAT). Contract start date is 20 April 2026 until 30 June 2026 however a 2 month extension is available which has been included in this notice.
