Toilet refurbishment project 2026 - AWARD

The College is looking to complete a toilet refurbishment project between 13 July 14 August 2026 across all three campuses Blossomfield (B91 1SB), Woodlands (B36 0NF) and Stratford Upon Avon (CV37 9QR). To support project timeframes the tender has been split into 3 lots 1. Blossomfield 2. Woodlands 3. Stratford upon Avon Contractors are invited to submit tenders for any combination of lots or all lots subject to capacity. Barker Associates are managing the tender on behalf of the College and all communication should be directed through the appointed CA for each site as detailed within the tender pack(s). Only Contractors who have previously been approached by Barker Associates and registered interest may apply.
