Control panels for motor 400V 50Hz, 22kW, starting mode VFD fitted in metal encloser IP 55 equipped with; Main isolator or MCCB, Voltmeter, Voltage selector switch, Ampere meters, Indicator lamps, Hour counter, dry running protection, Open/close glass window for digital display, Auto& manual start mode, faults indicator Ventilating fans, Circuit diagrams and Manuals and factory test certificates should be provided. · Supplay, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 2 pump sets. Installation scope should be all pipe works (Suction anddischarge pipe connections), civil (Equipment foundation, anchor bolts, grouting, equipment supports, pipe support, cable trench/ conduits, making good after installation) and all electrical connections (Power cables, control cables, cble trays/trunking, cable glands and lugs, Panels installation, motor termination, instrumentation wiring, insulation resistance testing) inside pump house. Base plate/chassis foundation installation. All installation and connection materials shall be provided by client. Vertical mult stage pumps complete with motor 3 phase 400V 50Hz motor (suitable for VFD operation) fitted with PT 100 and enough cable to the control panel (100mtrs), bearings temperature sensor and reader Pump capacity 180m3/h Total pumping head 150mtrs. Pump materials to be stainless steel. All quotes should be provided with pump brand and perfomence carves.
