WLBC Wave 3 Decarbonisation Project involves retrofit to 302 properties across the North West aiming to support decarbonisation and reduce fuel poverty and energy consumption. The works will involve new windows, doors, cavity-wall, External-wall, loft and floor insulation; and solar PV to properties; including, where identified, ASHPs to off gas-grid properties.
