Renovation works at MRH Container Offices / Store

Invitation for Tenders Name of Project: Renovation of Ministry’s Containers Contract Identification No.: GR/MRH/WK/0001/2025 1. The Ministry of Roads and Highways intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments under the contract for Renovation of the Ministry’s Containers for the Ministry. 2. The Ministry of Roads and Highways invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for the renovation works in accordance with the specifications in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) Documents. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the Request for Quotation Method specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be accessed by interested Tenderers through the e-GP portal ( https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh ). 5. Tenderers must pay a non-refundable participation fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GhȻ500.00) for each set of tender documents. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal. 6. Tenders must be delivered through the e-GP portal ( https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh ) on or before Monday, 18th August 2025, at 10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. 7. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will not be opened. Tenders will be opened electronically at 10:00 am on Monday, 18th August 2025. 8. For eligibility, sealed quotations must be accompanied with copies of the under listed document: Business Registration Certificate Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Registration Certificate of Public Procurement Authority Valid SSNIT Clearance certificate. 9. The Ministry reserves the right to undertake comparative cost analysis of quotations with prevailing market trends of comparable quality and durability to ensure value for money. 10.
