This RFP is for the Public EV Charging Infrastructure Loans programme, under which concessionary loans are available on a co-investment basis, to support delivery of the Government’s target of 10,000 public EV charge points by 2030. We are seeking Respondents who can install a large portfolio of AC and/or DC charge points by 31 December 2029, for all or part of the co-investment capital available (approximately $68.5 million) and can demonstrate an ability to repay the loan on terms that enable efficient recycling of Crown capital.
