Palmerston North City Council Arena Air Dome Design & Build Advanced Notice of Contract opportunity

This opportunity in a nutshell Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) intends to shortly release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design and construction of a new multi-purpose indoor sports facility utilising air-supported dome technology at the Arena Manawatū. This landmark project represents a significant investment in sporting and community infrastructure and aims to increase indoor sports capacity, improve year-round facility availability, and support regional and national sporting events. The procurement will be undertaken using a Design & Build delivery model, with Council seeking innovative, high-quality, and value-for-money solutions from experienced lead Contractors.
