Interim Senior Associate (Policy), for Major Projects (6-months)

Awarded under ESPO Framework 3S-22 Strategic HR Services, Lot 1c - Commercial (Finance, Procurement & Legal) to a single Service Provider. As Interim Senior Associate (Policy), for Major Projects (6-months): To support our strategic programme of policy development and delivery. This is key role in delivering Ofwat's policy approaches across commercial, financial, regulatory and other policy related to the £50bn pipeline of Major Projects. The Interim will be proactive and respond flexibly to the needs of the organisation by supporting the development of policy to support the delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across England. This will primarily be completed through competitive delivery models such as Ofwat's Direct Procurement for Customers ("DPC") model or the Specified Infrastructure Projects Regulations model ("SIPR"), as used in the delivery of the Thames Tideway Tunnel project. They will also interface with projects that have been approved through the RAPID (Regulator's Alliance for Progressing Infrastructure Development) process.
