NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Correctional Service Canada .

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital Region, Ottawa area, level of expertise and for the following category:

- Business Consultant

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

The Correctional Service of Canada's (CSC) requires the services of a Business Consultant – Senior level, to conduct an independent assessment of CSC’s financial sustainability, funding requirements, key expenditure drivers, and transformation opportunities.

Security:

There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from October 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2027.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 90 days.

Debriefings:

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
