2026/024 KiwiRail Heavy & Industrial MHE RFP

KiwiRail Limited ("KiwiRail") invites external organisations to submit their proposals ("RFP Response") for the supply of Heavy and Industrial Material Handling Equipment (MHE), together with associated maintenance, repair, spare parts, technical support and asset lifecycle management services (“the Goods/Services”) to KiwiRail. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more supply and service arrangements that support the replacement of identified ageing MHE assets and ensure the ongoing provision of safe, reliable and cost-effective equipment and support services across KiwiRail's operations throughout New Zealand.
