The Financial Data Software Service

Description

The objective of the procurement is an access right to use financial data software, which should help the transfer pricing specialists and auditors at The Finnish Tax Administration to determine the arm’s length pricing of intra-group financial transactions. The software must provide information about the global financial markets, and it must provide access to corporate loan/bond transactions of public and private companies in various countries. The software must include not only transactional data but also a solution to determine the arm’s length price of different types of intra-group financial transactions. The software must include a solution suitable for determining the price of short-term financing, including cash pool arrangements. In transfer pricing of financial transactions, the comparable data might need adjustments of various parameters to fulfill the requirements of comparability. Therefore, the solution must include a functionality to assess the effect of adjustments needed to define the arm's length price of an intra-group financial transaction.
