The contract is a direct award to Academia Limited as a software reseller under the Procurement Services Software Products and Associated Services Y23065 framework. The value for the initial 3 year term is £171,821.06 inc VAT, and £126,334.32 inc VAT for the additional extension option, giving a potential total contract value of £298,155.38.
