Optical spectrum analyzer The object of the tender process is Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) for characterization of photonic integrated circuit devices in visible and near infrared range (later also “Equipment”). The Equipment will replace a similar device more than 30 years old with better quality and usability. The objective is for the equipment to be supplied by December 2026.
