Description

Live-cell imaging and analysis system Biocenter Oulu Virus Core Laboratory is a biosafety level 2 facility specializing in the production of viral vectors and the development of transgenic cell lines for research purposes. The objective of this procurement is to acquire a live-cell imaging and analysis system (hereafter referred to as the live-cell imaging system). This system will primarily be used to analyse cells transduced with viral vectors, enabling the detection of gene expression through fluorescence measurements. Additionally, it will support label-free analysis of cell confluency. The live-cell analysis system is essential for verifying the success of transfection procedures and for monitoring the cells in real time under physiological conditions. The procurement is funded by the Research Council of Finland, FIRI 2024: roadmap national research infrastructures 2025-2028. The contracting entity has a maximum sum of 133 006 € (excluding VAT) available for the procurement and cannot accept tenders exceeding this amount. The contracting entity suspended the previous procurement procedure related to this procurement on 9 December 2025.,
