Initial Contract for Consultancy Services: The appointed team for the initial project will be responsible for the design, tendering and construction stage administration of the proposed new park development at Sandyford Business District Civic Park for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and Sandyford BID. Stages (i) to (v). Initial Project Description: Development of a new park on an existing 0.8 hectare brownfield site. At: Corrig Road / Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford, Co. Dublin.
