Chip reader software The Finnish Immigration Service (later referred to as "the Contracting Entity") invites interested candidates to register for a competitive tendering process conducted as a negotiated procedure for chip reader software. Candidates can participate in the tendering process by filling in a request to participate as set out in the contract notice published on the Hilma public procurement notice channel in addition to this invitation to participate and its attachments. This document is an invitation to participate in the procurement (participation stage). One supplier will be selected as a result of the tendering process. For the object of the procurement, see the description in the attachment. The Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) will not apply to this procurement.,
