Tampere University Foundation sr is inviting tenders, procurement is '3D Laser scanning microscope', hereinafter 'LSM'. The device will be used for 2D and 3D imaging and measurements of various size and type of samples, from semiconductor wafers to machine parts by users of various level of experience.
