Upper Hutt City Council seeks a capable contractor to seal 800m of unsealed road on Katherine Mansfield Drive, including drainage upgrades, culvert extensions, vehicle entrance construction, and relocation of an 11 kV power cable. The works will resolve dust, potholes, and safety issues impacting local residents and deliver a durable, cost-effective road surface. Evaluation will use a weighted attribute model with price and non-price components assessed separately.
