The NDPC invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the Procurement of 1 Unit Saloon Vehicle.

Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Tender must be submitted electronically through Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System (http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at 11:00 am local time on or before Friday, 09 October 2026. Late Tenders will be rejected. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents:

 Valid Business Registration Certificate or Valid Certificate of Incorporation  Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.  Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.  Valid VAT Registration Certificate  Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

Evaluation of tenders shall be based among others on the following factors: • (a) Eligibility • (b) Validity of tender • (c) Completeness of tender • (d) Quotation in Ghana Cedis • (e) Bid Validity (90) • (f) Delivery Period (1 Weeks) • (g) Payment Terms (Payments will be made within Ninety (90) days of receipt of an invoice supported by a delivery receipt or dispatch documentation (Way bill) and a certificate of satisfactory completion issued by Stores Officer) • (h) Technical specifications • (i) Price
