Description
The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations intends to apply part of its budget for 2025 to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement, Supply and Installation of Customized Laptops and ICT Equipment. Reference is made to the approval from Public Procurement Authority (PPA) dated 25th June 2025 with reference number PPA/CEO/06/890/25 to The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations. Tendering will be conducted through the Restricted Tender procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663), Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (ACT 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
